This is a question that came up recently - Are photo filters ruining our self esteem? We see them being used on virtually every social media outlet. Sometimes we know for sure someone is using a filter and other times maybe it's photo shop or real life. It used to be that we knew that magazines and print were all photoshopped to some degree and we were okay with that. But now, it's getting harder and harder to tell and often times when the filter comes off, we are left feeling bad about ourselves. There is no filter for real life. In today's episode, I talk about the affect that the filters seem to be having on our self esteem. I even polled some of my own friends to get their feedback on the matter.
