I didn't learn this until much later in life that you have to invest time in self discovery. Nobody really teaches us this, it's something we learn in adulthood. But how does one go about actually finding themselves? Go on a walkabout? Have an Eat Pray Love experience? Give up everything and start over? Sure, you could do those things if you want - for some of us self discovery is more extreme. However, it doesn't have to be that extreme at all. You could simply start right now and I'll talk you through how on this episode of Girl Versus World.
